I think that we should move the Wheel Arch Angels that is in San Fierro closer to our main city.
You would be able to mod more cars and not have to go a far way.

Also moving the loco lo riders closer so we can pimp more cars too.

You would have to put more Jesters and Flashes & the other cars that you can mod on the map so you can actually get the car without having to buy it at at Autobahn.

I disagree with "add these cars so you don't have to buy it at Autobahn", simply because I own it the game is meant to be hard (which is why the backpack was removed).
If there's a mod garage, players want to mod their cars, and for this, they need money. For the money, they work, they play the actual gamemode. That, is what we want; that, is what it's supposed to be.

Plus, cars you buy at Autobahn don't disappear, so I'd say the prices are a little low already!

I agree more with Byrner's interpretation of the suggestion yesterday. Just have our LV Transfender, but it would let you mod any car.
