Benefits of/How to become Regular Player/Army?

I've seen this question being thrown around everywhere. So, to make things a little easier, I decided this needs to be made.

Requirements:

300 Score.
20 Forum Posts.
Active for 2 weeks.

You need to be a good and respected member of the community:
   Abide by the server rules.
   Respect all members of the community.
   Help players that are in need of help.

Regular Players:

   - Regular Player Lounge:
     A building that only Regular Players can enter. There's a health pickup and an MP5 inside for you!

   - Regular Player Stunt Zone:
     A stunt zone that only Regular Players can enter. The entrance to this can be found in the Regular Player Lounge's top floor.

   - Regular Player Vehicles:
     Near the Regular Players Lounge, you can find cars locked for Regular Players - yellow in color. These come with infinite nitro!
     Players can also have 5 Autobahn Vehicles rather than the normal 3.

   - Regular Player Zone:
     A zone mapped specially for Regular Players, placed on the water, having a small house that can be entered. This zone is found near the Quarry place just outside of Las Vanturas. There's a bed inside than you can /sleep on, and there are two launches right outside the house.

   - Roadblocks:
     As a police officer, you will have the ability to create roadblocks with the command /crb. You have different types of roadblocks to choose from, for different sized roads and places.

   - Rope Slide from Chopper:
     As a S.W.A.T officer, you will have the ability to slide down to floor with a rope! This helps in catching criminals on top of buildings with ease and style!

   - Spike Strips:
     As a police officer, you will have the ability to place spike strips on the road to pop vehicle tires.

   - Regular Chat & IRC Channel:
     You have access to Regular Chat (/rc [message]) ingame. You can also use !rc from IRC to send a message to other Regular Players ingame!

   - AFK Command:
     You will be able to use the /afk command when going away from your keyboard. You will not loose health in this mode, and you can't move either.

Army Personnel:

   - Hydra & Hunter:
     The Army Officials have access to the Hydra, the most powerful jet known to Grand Theft Auto, and the Hunter with it's auto-aiming mini-gun being able to kill a player within seconds!

   - Air Strike:
     An administrator can add information into this section.

If there's anything to add here, notify me. I don't know too many specialties about Army.

Nice stuff mate, but I wonder that the rope from a police heli is still in the script, and if you could add the commands that are used for any skill could be good

Sylar mate, I checked ingame few of commands and I'm pertty sure in 100% this is what is NO longer in the script:

/Spike (Deploy spikes strip) not working already, it says worng command.
/Startstandoff (Start a small event) was removed too.
and deploy rope from a police helicopter was also removed.
