Should be able to /parole id a player from where ever you are, because if your far away from the person you want to bail out,  He wont have much jail time left by the time you get to the prison he is in.

I don't agree because then cops would always parole people and get score. I would only agree if it doesn't give score or you can use it every 10 minutes or something

yeah, add a time limit to how many people you can bail out a day, and  like one person every 10 mins or so. Or you cant bail players out unless they bribe you, cops would make better money too.
