Mert Childish behavior punishment

Mert has been acting childishly towards me. He keeps claiming that im fired. Despite my conversations to him, my trials to make things clear, he interpretated it as a joke and start being childish. Due to this i am firing him from the BH. Im making this globaly, so he teaches his lesson and to make everyone know that he is FORBIDDEN from rejoining BH. He will never set foot in this org, while i am its leader.
