My PC crashed LOL

Well as you can see on the picture, my PC was crashed LOL.
I smashed on my keyboard then I got an weird blue/green screen with an weird sound,
then my PC restarted and then.. Black Screen....
Restarted it again, did windows recovery it worked now I'm back on
:)
