New Organization Requirements

There are concerns in the administration team here at ECNR that organizations are unfairly drafting players into their organizations without giving the opposing organizations a fair chance to represent themselves. Therefore it is now mandatory for all organization bosses and recruiters to follow these policies:

-New players are off limits for a calendar week (7 days from registration) for any direct recruitment. If they are interested in joining our organizations, they are to be directed to a special forum thread which describes all groups. Bosses will soon be contacted to have their content included and vetted. The 7 day period gives the players an opportunity to review their options and also to develop score and skills.

-If direct recruitment is attempted within this period, the recruiter (whether boss or member) will be given a verbal warning and put on a list. If this behavior continues, consequences may escalate up to being denied the ability to recruit, boss status suspension or removal.
