I wasn't quite sure what to make of this, nor did I know where to post it.
So I was being chased by a hydra when on my mini-map, pink icons appeared where the plane was.

So I went to the pink icons and saw these:

See Joao?! I'm not crazy!
Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Those could be the Rockets on the radar letting you know that they are coming towards you. Thats the only explanation I can come up with really. Not sure if their supposed to be white or red. but they seem like Rockets

Yeah, they are the missiles shooting at you showing on the map.

As Enigma said, they are the heatseeking missiles. At me they're white but i've got no idea why at you they're pink.

These were not heat seekers, they just dropped off the bottom of the plane and remained stationary on the ground...

Maybe they are that lights that hydra drops(with LMB) and you have some weir mod for it ?

Just tested, I have no mods that affect missiles or flares. :/

Those r guided missiles they r pink when u r the target and white if ya shooting them or something. Anyway they were stoped there, maybe that is why i saw your ride being hit with kaboom rockets and u still alive LOOL maybe SAMP bug
