The Enigmatic Gaming Community started a year and some time ago as just a single San Andreas Multiplayer server. Now we boast it, Enigma's Cops 'N Robbers (ECNR) at a mature form, strong at version 1.5. We also expanded into Minecraft with EGCM (Enigmatic Gaming Community Mining) which also gained critical acclaim. Both pretty strong niches that has bound this community together.

Why stop there?

As an experiment, I have opened up several new channels within EGC IRC to pilot new niches, new segments for us to dip our hands into. Several different disciplines to where someone will have something that they can join on the spot or be introduced to. The best part is that they will be self-propelled, requiring no manager to oversee them and community driven. But I myself and likely others in the administration tier will lend a hand to give the projects a higher chance of success.

This however means that success of these new initiatives will be contingent to your drive, to your activity. The future of these mini-communities is in your heads and in your hands.
