I think you should put in the CIA in the server. The CIA will know who picked terroist class and they hunt them down with the  colour. But they can only see the certain colour no one else like a cop or saa or civillian for example bright green is terroist  if u pick the CIA class u can only know who is a terroist no one else because u can only see the colour.

There is no point though. Just simply kill/arrest all the reds and orange and /fine the yellows. You dont really need to know which class a player has, IMO.
