When you try to leave, you will stand outside for a moment again and will get teleported back to 4 dragons casino. If you try to move when standing outside that one second, you will get teleported to that small black place in the picture.
Like I said, leaving and entering 4 Dragons casino itself gives no problems, it's only bugged at other casinos with the interior of 4 Dragons.
