Administrator position adjustments

Hiredgun has unfortunately stepped down due to time constraints in his schedule. He will hopefully have more time to be around in the future.

Aaron_Ewing's recent activity has been impeccable and he's showcased his loyalty and dedication to ECNR time and time again, thus, he has been re-instated as an ECNR Administrator.
