I was banned for something i didn't do

and the thing with the raging  on someone else...i actually  had the house  pretty far from others so i wont cant even find them and  if the rules said that players aren't allowed to kill other people  cant u just put PVP=off? and again with the raging MOST of the times  when someone is bulying me i just walk away and tell him to leave  me (i've played on many many servers [this is my first tekkit server] so im like 90% immune to douchebags) and side was just an exception that i couldn't take.
