Car Jacking and Cops

Car Jackers Would be able To Choose Locations To Drop Cars For Payout
Like..:
A) The Docks/Airport, Export Bought cars out of the country
B) Chop Shops, The BoughtCar gets taken apart and The Thief gets a pay out for the Value in parts.
C) and as we have it now The Depot were we /sellst it

Cops Would be Able To To Use an option at a PD/TF base to Make a Bait car, that will Trigger on The /lbv list, and show an Owner.

The Thief will steal it and became wanted as usual. Cops will have an option To Shutdown and lock the car, with a Chance of Failure. So the Suspect may Escape if The /shutdown fails

I like the idea the parts idea is great but the bait car is a good idea.  Well have to wait n see

I really like that idea with the Car as Bait !! A must have in the Server as it actually makes things nicer to both sides Same with the Locations ! +1

Love the bait car idea. I was thinking of suggesting it but never really did. Lets hope that it can added in.

Thanks for The Support.. This Idea Sparked from Using the PoliceHelper Mod on GTA IV. Using the bait car option. I Thought it'd be awesome in the server

I like the idea as well, bait cars would be fun to play with, and these additions would spice up the car jacker skill as well.
