Sell handcuff keys at 24/7

Rather than trying to break cuffs. Have 24/7 stores sell handcuff keys. If cops handcuff and search you before you can use it then you get fined. Theres a small change 25% of them seeing you use it. Meaning you fail. These will also be illegal so. If you have no wanted and cops search you and find it you will get fined.

Cops just have to search them. Like they do for drugs. Also, Cops can recuff in an instant.

I like the idea as well It should also have chances of failing and say a message like "Sorry, but this is the wrong key." be like a 45% chance of failing.

No, no chance of failure, that's the point. Also, 24/7 doesn't sound right. We could sell it at the bomb shop and change the name of the bomb shop to black market or something along those lines (could also sell the lighter fluid I talked about in the pyro suggestion)
