You could host fundraiser football or soccer games to help aid your cause.

It doesn't fit into the gamemode because you don't want it to fit into the gamemode. By your logic blowing the gates to the bases in the first place, shouldn't be in the gamemode because that "wouldn't fit" either.

I agree with the suggestion, more needs to be added to each organizations base to make the rivalry between the organizations more intense. The suggestion of temporally disabling an armory would allow for tactical planning by each organization. It adds a whole new dynamic to base raids and takeovers, which will make the competition between the organizations more fun, and as I have already mentioned, intense.

You need to think beyond the BlackHand and look at it with a bigger perspective.

Could be a checkpoint you stand in for like 2-3 minutes which will let you sabotage their vehicles for X amount of time so they can't reinforce their front-lines for a while. It would require max tskill etc.

There could be a checkpoint in the BH base that if the cops/army stand in it for 2-3 minutes, disables the BH armoury for a while. Kind of like a blockade on arms shipments so you can't get the weapons into the base to supply your men.

Alternatively, you could just have a checkpoint in both bases which can be held for 2-3 minutes which disables their armouries instead of having the checkpoint in BCSD disable the vehicles.

Then both sides have something new to do to affect the others operational capacity for a certain time.

Today, we successfully raided the Bone County Sheriffs departments base, along with Caliguals casin0, and 4 dragons casin0. We hit 3 targets in 40 minutes, holding off the police and Military's attempts to re-take the facilities.

Perhaps the biggest blow came to BCSD's base, the control centre for the San Andreas governments brutal enforcers. The Black Hand burned their base to the ground during the raid, BCSD are now trying to rebuild it.

Below are some screenshots from the raids. There will be more posted here in the future as the BlackHand continue to undermine and demoralize the San Andreas government.
