BCSD can and will get back to greatness. We need to be much more strict, stamp the foot down!

Well, I've been working on this BCSD Portal project for almost 2 weeks now, which includes an interface to manage and create BCSD Dynamic signatures. These signatures represent your rank within the BCSD, and will soon represent your achieved medals etc within the force if approved by RoboCop and co.

The signature design is shown in my signature below.
Please let me know of your thoughts on this, and if you have any suggestions!

You will run into problems.
SAMP has object limits, so these cities wont be able to be too large, or be close together
You can only have a maximum of 2000 objects at any one time. So, say you're standing in a mapped area, there's a radius of 250.0, in which there can only be 2000 objects
So for it even to be remotely possible, these cities must be away from any other mapping, and spaced well apart from each other

The short few paragraphs about updating and reviving the core aspects gave me chills down my spine and an endless amount of ideas. I hope that you guys follow through with this, it will be truely epic!
