Some pretty good ideas there, I agree with you on all them other than removing mount joy, its the only prison close to home lol, I hate when I get arrested and get sent to a different prison because I mainly only play in Ireland , as it has all you need under one roof lol.

Suggestion name: cSkill (Cop Skill)

Description: I'm not very good at explaining things lol. It would be like the tskill , and the more cskill you have the better stuff you get, for example when you reach 10 cskil, every time you spawn you'll spawn with better guns , then when you get to 20 cskill you could spawn with Armour , then with 30 you could get money or something like that and so on.

Reason for suggestion: Just an idea i though i'd share lol

How it benefits the server: it will give cop players something to work for.
