Fixed / [BUG] You can play as criminal in cop skin.

Description of the bug:
ok this happend. Byrner killed me i had pressed f4 to change to cop. But i accidently press civil again and before the menu had diseperd i did /die and spawned as a cop. So when i spawned as a cop i had the select menu still there. So i press like rapist and went ingame (tought it was a bug) and i had the police radio, But when i did /commands it said all rapist command. but no cop command worked. and I got stars. then byrner killed me again so i could respawn, but then i spawned in my house int and same menu so i fixed this by changing skin.

Fixed / [BUG] My infernus when i use /shv cmd

Description of the bug:
I tried the new shv cmd and i have 3 cars atm, The chopper and the choche respawned at its own location but i noticed that my infernus didnt spawn there so i just tought i didnt work, But later humla and I found my infernus on the Heliplatform on rock hotel, And that is the bug when i do shv my infernus spawns on rock hotels heliplatform not at my house. But when the infernus blows and respawns it spawn at house but when i do Shv its located at rock hotel and that is very annoying atm lol.

Well the first when i enter my chopper or any of my two cars it says like on the picture : Welcome To Your =>IJKL Deadpros! both in the cars and the copper. And the second that i dont have a pic for is that when i enter my house it says Deadpros two times in a row so it is like Welcome to Deadpros?Deadpros Crib

Okay Me (Deadpros) and Humladumla was tuning our sultan at sf car tune shop, Both was red, And when we got out Zatox had placed a roadblock and killed us with the Hunter. Then he left. So we bought a new car and drove to Sf and when we got there we couldn't drove into the shop because the road block, I asked on irc what to do and someone told me to file a report so here i do. Leaving the roadblock up distrubed the game play because we couldn't tune the car, and no one in game at that moment couldn't remove it so its still where NOW

Hello I'm Deadpros This tutorial will show you how to install Elm and Cleo on a way that almost every time Work. I will use picture some of them can be in Swedish language but I'm writing what to do under every image, Hope you enjoy and Leave a comment if you got some problems or if this helped you! 
First click on this link to download Elm: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?s=6a83b995c2b08ef67d460ce322004afd&do=file&id=1380
You should come to this side:
You will see this box in the middle of the page and press the blue download button and wait for next page to load.
If you aren't a member on the web page it will ask you to slow down. It will show a time counter but the counter don't count down so just keep clicking f5 (reload the page) Untill it ask you if you want to save the file or just open:
Just press Save and let is download the rar file. Then drag the rar file out on your desktop and unrar the file so you get the normal map called Emergency mod.
Like this:
When you open the emergency Mod folder and then Open the Readme.txt
Copy the link that is highlight on the picture or just copy this one http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/cleo4/CLEO4_setup.exe
Do the same thing when you download the setup as when you downloaded the mod press save and drag out on desktop. Dubble click it to start the setup
Only mark the "base CLEO 4 files, unmarked the two others they are not needed. Press next.
Don't use the recommended gta san andreas folder it's not working. Create a new folder in documents called CLEO or CLEO 4.
Like this:
Choose the folder you just created. Browse and then Libraries, documents , my documents And then CLEO or CLEO 4 what ever you want to name it.
Press ok and then next and let it install.
Press close but not ever thing is done open your Programs files , rockstar games and then Gta san andreas.
Look like this:
Drag all the files from the cleo map you installed the cleo program in to GTA san andreas. Fast way too open the file location is to right click on singleplayer gta and open file location.
All this file should be In the CLEO file, the highlighted is added automatic then installing elm
This highlighted files most be in the gta san andreas folder or the mod is not going too work.
You may most downgrade your gta version to 1.0 use this link:http://www.mediafire.com/?klwvl5mphy1v0qy This is a cracked version if you replace this with your current you don't need any CD. SO CD crack
Now everything should work you most save the file you downloaded the mod in too be able too modify and do customs light. You can choose you own settings. Introductions / I'm Back And This Time I Will Stay.

Hello I don't know if so many here remembers me but i used to play on this server a couple of week after it started and then I took a break from SAMP and this server, I had really really much to do in school, I'm in first year on collage and there is tons of homework and other stuff like trainnig and that stuff.
My name is David and I live in Sweden and right now im in first year in collage at Flygteknik Tecnical Training, It's a school were we get the basic on how to become a flight mechanic so you can say after my 4 years i will be a flight mechanic. I'm 16 years old, 17 in two weeks. And on my spare time I play Bowling or tabletennis.
I stoped playing samp about 6 months ago and now i want to start again, I miss this community i miss the game over all and this is a very good server, good admins, good and nice players and alot more.
This is like a set back becuase I can't start were i left of with reg status army and all my score and cash so this is like a new begining for me. And yes I know I still isn't so good at english but it's coming alone pritty fast.
I hope that I someday can become all that I just wrote. But this will be a travel but it sure will be fun and Awesome.
Hope you guys read all this, hope it wasn't to much but still.
