We're giving it a bit of time to ensure the vast majority of people have upgraded. Casual players don't be checking the SA-MP forums every day.

Casual players knows how to get into the IRC and check the topic / check the server info from the SA-mp launcher?

I wasn't referring to ECNR players. I was referring to SA-MP players as a whole.
