BMX Bike/Wanted

What can't a player ride a bmx bike while they are wanted?
I've always wondered and never got an answer.

a multiplayer game is about balance of powers really more than an individuals skill.
I don't suppose you would like other players running around in bullet proof vehicles yeah?

Then why put bmx bikes in the game if players can only use them when not wanted.

because quite a few people like to use them for filming, stunts and things like that.

All I'm saying it would be fair for players to use the BMX while wanted. The police have cars, which are faster. They can use helicopters if we are on buildings. What's unfair?

The unfair part is that BMX'rs are nearly impossible to catch by police, bmx can jump at any time, while other vehicles cannot.

The fact that it can't be destroyed, the fact that it can jump walls and go places that motorcycles and cars can't, the fact they can climb cliff sides that pedestrians can't even walk up let alone drive, the fact that they're not really much slower than cars (Mt. Bike is faster than some)

Can a fast car be shoot to blow up? Yes
Can a BMX be shoot to blow up? No

Can a fast car jump up the building? No
Can a BMX jump up the building? Yes

Now, you see that the BMX is really unbalanced and unrealistic. Making it unfair for cops (or even criminals) to take down the opposing team/player
