[DONE] Player didn't get his lottery money

Description of the bug:

The player won the lottery and he just entered the game, not logging on yet I think and he didn't get the money in his bank account.. Or so he said.

It does look so, because John_Peters has $0 on his bank, and around $96,000 on his hand. However, as this is the first time I've heard of this, I'll not refund it into his account without confirming how this could have happened.

Its a old bug. To be honest. The report for this bug was already made and was solved. But im not sure.
