Description of Ban:
This was an IRC ban, and the reason:

Yes, you shouldn't use a proxy, it's not allowed.
Also Wataki, change that ban reason lol.

I've added an exception for all addresses within the last octet.
If you are able to use a private address as apposed to the publicly available WAP, I highly recommend doing so.
