Bug - C4 Object Cloning

Description:
When planting C4 in locations such as Byrners' Casino and the ship, the C4 object does not disappear after blowing up, so the object just stacks up:




And up...



And up.





I haven't tested any other places like Eggland Bank yet. Only the ship and Byrners' Casino.

Wataki left it like that cause its funny when it fills up!  ;D

On the East side ship they don't stack up but the set of C4s placed don't disappear either, it also happens on the Sher Man Dam. They only stack up at Byrner's casino.
