I was on the server aswell at this time and yes. Some idiot did use a cleo mod. I suspect Tarik aswell.

Just an advisement for future reference, make sure you don't call them out in public ;) I know here as it was a rather major and obvious incident with great evidence (props Marwin!), in another situation it's good to keep quiet. Otherwise, he could just turn them off and hide it :P
