Few Suggestions

 1) Do we really need two Prisons? GH and GB? GB is totally out of everyone way. There is no need for two prisons, so just keep GH.
2) Have an option for  Police spawn either at their house, or in any other police HQ. Its a pain to spawn as police, then I have to drive to my house just to get my car. Same thing goes for Bounty hunters, pizza man, etc...

A good post actually about the jail thing, GH is good with more Jail time, No one breaks GH anymore, No one help mates to escape due to so short time. Let the time be random between 90 - 360 seconds.
