[BUG] Robbing the bank at night is glitched.

Description of the bug:

Well today I felt like robbing the bank at night, trough the roof and I discovered that doing so is impossible. I purchased a C4 and a ski mask and made my way towards the top of the bank waiting untill 21:00. So then I entered the checkpoint and it said "You can only break into the bank from 21:00 to 6:00". When it said this I thought it was only a minor glitched and waited untill 00:00. By then the same message appeared so I'm guessing the bank is glitched...

I myself also had this issue. I have no clue what is causing it to glitch like that, But I am sure it will be looked into ASAP. Thanks for the bug report

No problemo, just hope it gets fixed soon because I can't even rob it normally
