It all depends on the price range and motherboard. Personally, I recommend the Nvidia GeForce GTX 560ti, because that's what I have, but if you have a larger budget, I recommend getting the 570 or higher, since they are better.

Well im sure i will get a bunch of money for xmass, and my bday in January. And i may be getting braces of in Feb, so I will get a 75 buck check sauce i only broke one bracket. I recommend building your own computer, as it is cheaper and usually more powerful for the price. And get a good video card, it is one of the most important parts of the computer FPS-wise.

Kongregate

Get the Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT, 1GB DDR3. Should run GTAIV Preety much on Medium / High. (With the acompany of enough RAM and a good enough CPU.)
