[BUG] /escape bug

[Cookiemonstah]

Description of the bug:

/escape does not work properly. I got arrested, and instantly tried /escape for the first time in actual real life months.
This makes people unable to escape from jail, and renders the Bounty hunter class useless.
It is not confirmed wether or not greenhaven escaping still works.
