[BUG] House respawn bug

Description of the bug:

Since the new system that house owners can select to spawn at house, or random LV location a bug occurs.
First spawn happens great, you end up spawning in the house, after you die you just get put into a random LV area instead of the getting the choice for housespawn or random spawn.
