Just a question, do you talk to these rule breakers to explain what they've done wrong and why they shouldn't do it before reporting?

Well the odd thing of it was, I know that it's usually supposed to kick people out of the train if they're wanted but of course for as long as it's been going on, it didn't. Wasn't too off hand sure so I thought it was best I didn't get down and vault into an explanation where I could have been wrong.
