[BUG] Bank Money / Vehicle Info / Location Gone.

Description of the bug:

Bank Money, Vehicle Info, and the Location of you player is gone off your screen.

I noticed that happens when the server is like 20-30 minutes to gmx. Then after gmx everything is fixed.

Ok...I need as many of you as possible to take note of when this happens. Things like, what gametime it is. What you're currently doing. What you just did. What ID you are. How many players are in game. How many were in game when you joined.

As much detail as possible, no detail is too small.
