Make team work more Necessary and wouldn't need to relay on the water cannon the truck.
4: More Functions for hydra for Air Combat, Mainly Machine guns, and maybe an /eject function that launches up and away from you exploding craft.
5: Night Sticks for All Law Enforcement Classes.
