It isn't against the rules for a cop to team with a robber, but if the robber shoots you or helps the cop by attacking at you, it's then against the rules and goes under deathmatching.
I never received a report of this, while I was active and around. Please report players first when it happens to make sure an administrator is around before reporting on the forum. :)
CarLJanSon will be talked to about Drive-By'ing on foot, however.
