Description of the bug:
First of all, I don't think there should be a vehicle locked to Hiredgun as all purchases from the old server were removed, either way, you can fly the RC Heli, which should be locked to Hiredgun.

Remove that Heli. and remove all Vacant's Cars in there , since no one can use them...
