Certain services that depended on a special form plugin were down until the proper plugin could be identified and reinstalled. With that reinstalled and updated, those services are back in place. These consist of:
- Bug Reports
- Rule Breaker Reports
- Ban Appeals
You can now go back to template and bug-free reporting and continue to be fat, lovable ECNR players.

Good job with fixing these bugs. It was becoming a pain to not post things. Keep up the good work :D
