Title: [BUG] Hit doesent show up

Description of the bug:

When player uses /placehit command hitmans can see it in /hitlist...but when player does it you dont get message player x placed a hit on player y.Every time i was a hitman it never worked

In fact, I had another look. Found the problem. Certainly fixed in 1.3.
