Sorry, that currently is not an ownable business. Also, only donors can have businesses, unless won in a competition.
Plus I'd think if they were to become owned, I'd assume you'd have to own a chain of them (aka. all of them), not just a single one.
Instead of owning a whole chain you could separate them off and give them a different name possibly. This could potentially open up the need for property dominance in ECNR. :)
It's a Genuine idea, would need to make a dynamic business system or something maybe :P
