I want to be in the Black hand because:
When I was in BCSD it didn't feel right for me I felt like I was more of a criminal so after I was out from BCSD I was playing as a Criminal for a while and later on preferred I was better off as a criminal. Later on whilst I was being a Criminal I was with a group doing an Un-Official take over with server members and two black hand members(creep and paranoid). The experience of being in a group with members whilst having fun doing something I like doing(Criminal) I wanted to join The Black hand and do what I liked doing in the game whilst being with a group of people who are fun to be around and to hang out with. That is why I want to apply.

I disagree.
If you are on IRC and all the Admins are AFK which I doubt because Aaron and Creep are on all the time but if they are off.
Couldn't you just type:
!say Please speak English in the Main Chat?
!say Please use other languages in /w and /pm.
That is roughly the same thing. Don't be lazy jehz.

Fixed / [BUG] FANCY CARS BUYING CAR FAIL

Description of the bug:
So, Basicly...
You go to Fancy Cars... You get in a Car and press Attempt Robbery or whatever... It then says you have failed and you get ejected out of the car...
Just go back in the car and press Attempt Robbery again and the car is yours... It will say ' You have attempted to rob the car before please wait before trying again ' or something like that then you can drive off since you don't get ejected again.
