hum the mod has most likely substitued the original files, try to figure em out, depending on what mod it is, then see if the installer of the mod backuped em or if u need to get em again, then replace the mod files to the original files, or just remove it n install a new one(unlees u have lots of mods)

as said, we have the /loc command to tell their destination, but it would be cool if we could mark a player to a different color so we can easly track it on the mini-map.

If someone is in an aircraft, the arrow up on the minimap tells u that, if they r in the water then they r either in a boat or swimming.

About the vehicle stuff (car) the cops should chose either to take an offroader, a resistant car, or a fast one depending on their likes, n the criminal's place.
