How about a /duel plugin for people that actually want to duel, but still to have no pvp at random...

only if there is a rule like use only armour of leather-diamond cuz i have armour which can only be killed with a nuke

Point is with duel both parties need to agree to the duel, if you feel disadvantaged, you can say no to the duel lol. Such rule isn't needed, and nukes are already not allowed on the server.
