Then add the business at the front

It can be cheaper than AutoBahn a bit but basicly the Car Dealers stay at the Garage//Shop thing and can offer people cars(a bit like Weapon Dealer type thing in a way) and people can buy cars from that...

Note: All Cops/Swat/Army can Kill/Arrest Red Players... Just like Army...
Army is more known to killing reds since they have Hydras/Hunters...

The Idea does seem to be a good write up but I think there is no need in having another Skin to be in the middle... We have Cops/Swat which have Sultans/PoliceCars/Infernus and FBI which has Buffalo.... There is no need in making another Skin though or anything... I think it is fine how it is at the minute...
