Sheriff's Department Engaged Black Hand Terrorist Organization In Deadly Gunfight

The press blackout surrounding a barricaded suspect situation at KACC Military Fuels was finally lifted just hours after the Bone County Sheriff's Department's Emergency Response Team stormed and secured the KACC Military Fuel Plant in North Las Venturas today on Saturday.

"We are pleased to report that there were no civilian or department injuries during the engagement, but the perpetrators involved are in critical condition at the Bone County General Hospital," Sheriff-Coroner Wagner said in a statement outside of the headquarters building, near the retired Las Venturas Police Department office complex. The Bone County Sheriff's Department has recently announced results of a batch of civil service examinations taken by interested county residents. Sheriff's Department Motor Pool To Be Assigning New Vehicles


After inheriting the aging fleet of the Las Venturas Police Department, the Bone County Sheriff's Department had sold the cars at auction after removing the specialized police equipment and markings that accompanied them, through inmate labor at the Green Haven County Jail. The proceeds along with the budget allotted from the County Supervisors has allowed the BCSD to purchase several new vehicles for varying purposes.

The 2008 Ford Crown Victora Police Interceptor and 2008 Dodge Charger R/T will be available for road patrol, while the 2012 Ford Expedition and 2008 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor (slicktop) will be serving as supervisor transports. The Emergency Response Team will also be able to field the formidable Lenco Bear and the Air Support Division will be receiving a demilitarized UH-1 Huey courtesy of the U.S Army. Sheriff-Coroner Wagner will be visiting the Ford Motor Company in Dearborn to examine the potential of the 2012 Ford Taurus Police Interceptor as well within the next few weeks.

To the citizens of Bone County and allied agencies:
Omni Consumer Products has as we all know, been in charge of funding and running the Las Venturas Metropolitan Police Department through its Security Concepts Division and also the Bone County Fire Department through Rescue Concepts. This relationship between the corporation and the city has proven to be lucrative so far. However, the contract has expired as of January 24, 2013 and a new contract has been negotiated. The city of Las Venturas has decided to devolve public safety responsibilities to Bone County. The Bone County Board of Supervisors reviewed these duties and the previous standing contract with Omni Consumer Products in a late night session and came to an agreement based on the following precedents:

• The Bone County Sheriff's Department is to take over police jurisdiction over the entire county including its municipalities.
• The Bone County Fire Department is to take over fire and rescue jurisdiction over the entire county including its municipalities.
• The Las Venturas Metropolitan Police Department and the Las Venturas Fire Department will cease operations and be merged into Bone County Sheriff's Department and Bone County Fire Department. All city assets will be rebranded and turned over to the County.
• Funding will be provided to BCSD and BCoFD by a combination of county tax revenue and investment from Omni Consumer Products
• Officers of the respective City agencies will be transferred into the County agencies at ranks equal to their former City rank.
• The Bone County Sheriff's Department will be headed by Sheriff Alex J. Murphy (former Task Force 141 commander and Las Venturas Police Deputy Chief) and the Bone County Fire Department will be headed by Chief William N. Wagner
• Both agencies will have their boards contained within Bone County Emergency Services. The Public Service Examinations section will be where applications for either agency will be stored and reviewed. The public may access the Bone County Emergency Services board for Public Service Examinations and to look at special materials from Public Relations.

General Information:
Bone County Fire Department (BCoFD) is a county-wide fire department that contracted its administration to Omni Consumer Products' Rescue Concepts Division, following the same path as the San Andreas Police Department. Inheriting the North and South LVFD stations, along with county-wide substations, the BCoFD kept the same original staff and began a new recruitment drive to bring new cadets and veterans from other departments to fill in the vacuums created by the opening of the substations.

We provide both fire-fighting and emergency medical services to the community. There is a ranking system which starts at Firefighter and ends at Deputy Chief, with seven ranks in between. The BCoFD is led by the Chief Engineer, which is myself.

A full service set of modifications is already ready and will be made available if the org is commissioned. They consist of a standard Pierce Arrow XT pumper truck, Pierce ladder truck and a Dodge ambulance outfitted with the BCoFD livery. Player models have also been created and are ready.

Several of you have expressed concern to us that you were unable to add a ban appeal, a bug report or an addition to the threads set up in Human Resources. I've taken the time today to examine the permissions set to figure out what is wrong and found that the affected members were all part of an organization (The Mafia, Task Force 141, The Bikers, etc.) and that they were not assigned permission to the default Reply Only permission profile. To fix this, I have created a new permission profile for the administrators and assigned the necessary organization permissions to it and it has been confirmed to work.

So for some reason or another after sending FRodriguez96 to Guantanimo (he ended up at LVPD somehow and was able to /escape, another thing to note), any subsequent /cuff attempts seem to be successful but then the handcuff effect seems to just disappear on my side. FRodriguez96 however stays frozen and can't take any damage, causing the necessity for a relog.
