So for some reason or another after sending FRodriguez96 to Guantanimo (he ended up at LVPD somehow and was able to /escape, another thing to note), any subsequent /cuff attempts seem to be successful but then the handcuff effect seems to just disappear on my side. FRodriguez96 however stays frozen and can't take any damage, causing the necessity for a relog.

I will look into this, ino the prison is completely screwed. Blame Karagon.

Yeah , i discovered this bug with shadow , he cant send me to a prison or cant breathalize me.. it suxs.. nub karagon
