Lately we've had an increase in thefts, as many homeless people were stripped from their allready cutshort money and their bank accounts erased. Obviously, they took countermeasures, many of them now sleeping in the sewers beneath the Strip but, there seems to be some curious nightcamps around, some people sleeping on roofs and, like this original fellow here, on top of a streetsign.
