[BUG] Other people can drive my car.

Description of the bug:

I own the house on the far left in Cherry Orchard and a black Sultan that came with.
The other day I was robbed ig and the guy the guy took me out of my car and started to drive it away.
I tested to see if other people could drive it and they could.

I had actually set your vehicle so anyone with the keys to your house can drive it. Would you like this changed so that only the owner can or?

No but I didn't give keys to someone and he was still able to drive it.

Please test by asking someone to try enter your house and if he Can't then ask him to drive your car.
