A gun that could turn their enemies' engine off.

Simple, we use a Sniper, add the anti-lag system for it. Sell it at Drunk Gunz for 100k per ammo.

It's very useful against Hydras, Hunters and NRG (so this is basically balanced. Not in favor of any class)

We add a very advanced Sniper Rifle (like the Cop's Desert Eagle/Tazer)
With the Anti-Lag script that is possible, It wouldn't be impossible to take down fast annoying vehicles!
When hitted, Your Engine will fail to start for 20 seconds.

This suggestion benefits both side of the game. Either disabling annoying Military Aircraft or fast vehicles.
To get the weapon, Drunk Gunz would be selling it 100k per bullet. And of course, rules should be set up to avoid using this.

Not to sure if this is a great idea, but i do kind of like it. It can help everyone in the game, both cops and criminals. I think we should let an admin/owner decide on rather we should have  this or not.

Fine with me, but if i were to shoot at a cops car, cant he get in another and drive after you? If he were to swicth cars make it so the new car has to be stalled for the remaing time to.

No, that sounds stupid and unrealistic. It stalls the car, it doesn't place a black cloud over your head so every car you get into is stalled as well, besides, in a chase you will rarely find a car in less than twenty seconds.

I think your idea sounds cool But it should be made to where only regular players can use it.. or reach a certain score to 'unlock' it. That way people who arent regulars don't abuse it and they will see it in the store menu and be like "Ooh that sounds cool, I want to keep playing until I'm a regular and unlock it" If you know what I mean..
