[BUG] When depositing cash form backpack.

Description of the bug:

When you go to a bank, any bank and select depositback following message popup:
|_|------Las Venturas City Bank------|_|
|** Transaction Failed. Min/Mas Withdraw amuonts Reached
Minimum/Maximum amounts are $1-$500000

that message pops but the cash is still transferd to the account

Yeah, been experiencing this thing, but i was too lazy to get my ass and report it.After u choose deposit bp cash it switches immediately to it

I want to add that you get this message above every time you use the bank, deposit withdraw, buying insurance so pretty much every thing you do you get the message, and on irc it echoes that you are trying to withdraw 0 cash from his bank account.
