Description of the bug:Law Enforcement including Army, And the Bounty Hunter skins are able to /ar id anyone from on the map, Not having to be close to them. For instance, you can be in LV and someone is in LS. It lets you /ar id from where your at no matter where they are. You are able to do it to yourself as well, Either it sends you to Blue Berry Acres or directly into a jail cell.
