[MISTAKE] Cant rob airport

Description of the bug:

Whenever you try to rob the airport,You get in the checkpoint,as everyone would try,but,bang,you need a passport to use the airport.So,isnt that like..Ilogical?

You can probably make a command like /robairport,instead of robbing it from the checkpoint.
Or to make it shorter,/robap.

I put it that way so that even if you wanted to rob it, you needed a passport.

Fixed in next update. You will still need a passport for all Airport activities, except for robbing it.
