Beginers test

Suggestion name:Beginers test

Description:when new players come in game trhey have to read rules and than answer some basic questions for CnR rules!

Reason for suggestion:because some new players are usually DM-ing people and they are pretending that they read rules!

How it benefits the server:all new players will know basic rules when they enter the server!

I agree to this because it will make sure they understand our rules. but also there is still going to be rule breakers that want to be an ass, lol. But yes good idea
